This jelly fungus grows from fallen hardwood branches. As seen in these images, this fungus is often found growing with parchment fungi (Stereum). Phaeotremella frondosa varies in color depending on age. Can be found year round under warm and wet conditions. Formerly known as Tremella foliacea. |
